B-93 Project Tattoo supports Parent Room makeover in NICU
April 9, 2007
Lethbridge - Local radio station morning show hosts Bobcat and Jen from B-93 launched Project Tattoo on Monday morning. The station's goal is to raise $5,000 to makeover two private Parent Rooms in the NICU. Once the goal is reached, Bobcat will get inked live on the air. The Parent Room Makeover is a partnership between the CRH Foundation and Cyndi and Stacey Malitowski from We Care Home Health Services and their Saves for Little Hearts Program. B-93 has generously jumped on board to help support the project. The money raised will go towards the Parent Room Makeover Project, making over two private parents rooms in the NICU. For many NICU parents the hospital is a second home and B-93 wants to help make-over the rooms so parents can have a peaceful place to relax when so much else is going on. Once the goal is reached, Bobcat has agreed to getting inked! Yes, he'll get a tattoo live on air during the morning show. If you'd like to make a donation you can stop by the B93 Studio at 401 Mayor Magrath, office hours 8:00- 5:00 or call the station at 394-9300. You can also donate by stopping in to the CRH Foundation office in the atrium of the Chinook Regional Hospital or by donating on-line at www.chrfoundatin.ca. Be sure to mention the money is for Project Tattoo.
