Care from the Heart Day Radioathon

January 15, 2022

Our Annual Care from the Heart Radio-a-thon is taking place Thursday, February 10th from 7am - 6pm. Throughout the day, our local radio stations chat on air with doctors and nurses, administrators, donors and front-line staff to share stories of the impact that donations made to the CRH Foundation have on our community. The generosity of our donors is felt throughout the hospital, in every department, on every floor and in the care of our patients.

A massive THANK YOU goes out to all the radio stations who champion this day, B93.3FM106.7 Rock,94.1CJOCCountry95.5FM98.1 2day FM, and KISS 107.7.  These stations proudly donate their airtime, not only on event day, but in the time leading up to as well to help generate buzz throughout our Southern Alberta community.

Donations will be used in part to fund strategically identified equipment, programs and educational opportunities for our local hospital and health care professionals, helping bring the best of care close to home.

Care from the Heart Day brings our community together and every dollar donated adds up to a remarkable total. The funds raised in one day helps the Chinook Regional Hospital provide outstanding care throughout the year. Since the very first Radio-a-thon twelve years ago, we can proudly share that over $2,700,000 has been raised.

If you have any questions, would like further information or would like to arrange a time for a cheque presentation at Care from the Heart Day, please email Shonna Lamb, Development Officer at: shonna.lamb@ahs.ca

To our past supporters of Care from the Heart Day, thank you. We sincerely appreciate your generous contributions.
