The Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation Wraps Another Hugely Successful Annual ‘Care from the Heart Day’ Radio-a-thon!
The Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation held their 13th Annual ‘Care from the Heart Day’ Radio-a-thon on Thursday, February 9th, and is thrilled to announce that over $255,000 has been raised thus far – surpassing their goal of $250,000.
“A heartfelt thank you, southern Alberta, and appreciation to everyone that donated during this exciting and busy Care from the Heart Day. You continue to provide our hospital with the tools they need to provide our community with the best care possible,” says Allan Bartolcic, Executive Director.
During the Radio-a-thon, six local radio stations, B93.3FM, 106.7 Rock, 94.1CJOC, Wild 95-5, 98.1 2day FM, and KISS 107.7, broadcasted live from their respective stations, speaking on-air with doctors and nurses, administrators, donors and front-line staff to share stories of the impact that donations made to the CRH Foundation have on our community.
The donors of the CRH Foundation play an essential role in expanding the areas of care we are able to provide in bringing new equipment, technologies, and expertise to Lethbridge. You are keeping world-class healthcare closer to home.
