CRHF appoints new Executive Director

March 2, 2022

Fresh off the heels of another successful ‘Care from the Heart Day’ Radio-a-thon where the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation successfully raised over $305,000 – surpassing the goal of $275,000, the CRHF would like to officially welcome Allan Bartolcic!

In preparing this announcement and in between the Radio-a-thon, we wanted to hear directly from Allan and share his excitement, an excitement that was furthered by his experience with his first CRHF fundraiser.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are excited to welcome Allan to the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation. He comes to us with a long history of Executive Director experience and a depth of leadership that will enable him to continue to grow the Foundation in the future, stewarding the generous gifts of our donors to ensure that our community has access to excellent healthcare,” said James Nilsson Chair, Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation Board of Directors

The Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation held their Annual ‘Care from the Heart Day’ Radio-a-thon on Thursday, February 10th, and for Bartolcic it was humbling.

“The community continues to come together as we are extremely thankful for everyone’s contribution; the success is all because of you.”

The support from the community during the radio-a-thon was invigorating.

“Awesome, just amazing really.  It reinforced what I had already known about the people in our community,” said Bartolcic. “What a way to kick off a new position, I am excited to lead this outstanding team through the tremendous opportunity and contribute to building the sustainability and growth of the Foundation.”

With over 17 years of association management experience. Mr. Bartolcic’s ability to see the big picture has enabled him to think outside the box during the Pandemic and change the way associations have done business.

“You can expect an authentic, loyal, and dedicated leader. I’ll be rolling up my sleeves and doing whatever is necessary as part of a CRHF team and community.”

Bartolcic received a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University and is currently undertaking his MBA part-time.
